1. AC MEDIUM & HIGH VOLTAGE MACHINES : |
| |
| |
Stator Coil's : |
| |
Manufacturing and supplying of multi turns transposed / non transposed diamond type pulled stator coils for Generators & Motors. |
Coils in Sugar, Paper and Chemical industries which get exposed to high level of chemical fumes are treated with special materials for corona PD protection. |
| |
| |
X Axis (Max.) Nose to Nose |
: |
4500 mm. |
Y Axis (Max.) Spread |
: |
1000 mm. |
Coil cross section (Max.) |
: |
100 x 25 mm. |
Straight portion moulding length (Max.) |
: |
4000 mm. |
| |
Manufacturing and supplying of single turn stator Bars with continuously transposed for Hydro / Turbo Generators. |
| |
Maximum straight portion length |
: |
5000 mm. |
Coil cross section (Max.) |
: |
125 X 30 mm. |
| |
The coils are manufacturing with corona production and stress grading materials.
Especially special material are used for corona in sugar/ paper and chemical
industries. (More chemical fume content in atmospheric air)
| |
| |
Stator Winding : |
| |
Rewinding the entire stator with new coil's to class `F' and partial class `H' level of insulation.
Re insulating the stator coil's to class `F' and partial `H' insulation.
Re designing the machines for pole changing and voltage conversion, up rating the capacity and up grading the class of insulation wherever possible.
| |
| |
Stator Core : |
| |
Replacement of complete stator core pack / damaged stampings with new suitable grade core material. Maintaining the same Watts/Kg. at 1 tesla.
Stampings are manufactured either by notching or laser cutting and again re varnished and cured in conveyor oven to make good any damage in the core insulation for reducing the Eddy Current loses.
The Varnish present in the removed old stampings are removed totally by chemical treated, surface kinks are totally removed , re -varnished under rubber rollers to maintain the same old thickness and cured in the conveyor oven.
| |
| |
Gauge Rotor : |
| |
Replacing the rotor bars of any shape and size with new bars of identical shape & size .
Re-designing & modifying the end ring to reduce the bar breakage near the brazing joints, design and providing end finger plates to avoid end stamping flaring up / breakage / failure.
Replacing of rotor stampings with new one.
Replacing of rotor shaft with forged EN material.
Reconditioning of bearing journals etc.
| |
2. DC MACHINES : |
| |
| |
Solid / Laminated Yoke Field Assembly : |
| |
Rewinding, up rating the capacity and up grading insulation to class `F', `H' and `C' level.
Re designing the pole coils for dust proof operation with quick heat dissipation and voltage conversion.
| |
| |
Replace Solid / Laminated Yoke Field Assembly to Armature : |
| |
Rewinding, up rating the capacity and up grading insulation to class `F', `H' and `C' level.
Replace, re designing of commutators and shaft.
Dynamic balancing the rotor to G 2.5 grade up to 3000 RPM plus 10% over speed test.
| |
| |
Service Offered (Mechanical) |
| |
Replacing the rotor shaft with / without spider, re conditioning of worn out bearing seating area in rotor shaft / housings, replacing of damaged end covers and grease cups, stress relieving at the built up portions of the shaft, conversion of cooling systems for better effective cooling of the machines and dynamic balancing, vibration analyzing, dismantling & assembling, aligning of large machines at site etc.

Turbo Generator Rotor (Cylindrical / Salient) : |
| |
Rewinding the complete rotor with class `F' & class `H' insulated copper conductor's (or) re insulating the coils to class `F' & `H' insulations. |
Dynamic balancing the rotor up to 30 Ton at 3300 RPM / 70 Tons at 500 RPM & maximum diameter of 2500 mm. |
Replacing of rotor stampings with new one.
Replacing of damaged retaining rings with suitable material composition.
Replacing of rotor shaft with forged EN material.
Reconditioning of bearing journals etc.
Curing the impregnated rotor in fully temperature controlled oven under rotating condition. The rotational curing is required. The rotational curing is significant since without rotation, the most of the resin will tend to settle at 6'o clock position create heavy unbalance and very less resin at 12'o clock positioned windings.

| |
Wound Slipring Rotor : |
| |
Rewinding the complete rotor with new copper conductors to class `F' & `H' insulations.
Dynamic balancing the rotor up to 30 Ton at 3300 RPM / 70 Tons at 500 RPM maximum diameter of 2500 mm. |
Replacing of rotor stampings with new one.
Replacing of damaged slipring with suitable material composition.
Replacing of rotor shaft with forged EN material.
Reconditioning of bearing journals etc.
Brazing the end connection, curing the impregnated rotor in fully temperature controlled oven under rotating condition. The rotational curing is required. The rotational curing is significant since without rotation, the most of the resin will tend to settle at 6'o clock position create heavy unbalance and very less resin at 12'o clock positioned windings.
