The repair machines are received from various customers like Sugars, Cements, Papers, Chemicals, Ferrous & Non Ferrous manufacturing Industries and power sectors with high dust condomination. These machines are having lot of dusts. This dusts are blowing by compressed air in dust collector chamber and disposed of safely without effecting the atmosphere.

Machine received with solid condominate like grease, paper pulp, sugar & baggase are washed thoroughly. The washed wastes are filtered up to 5 microns and cacked in filter press for disposed.

The filtered water is passed through activated carbon filter which removes oil, colour, odor and hydrogen sulphide and is passed through the chlorination - dosing pump wherein it is dosed with sufficient chlorine and then passed through de - chlorination dosing pump and finally pump to our garden.
